Every one of them was an order and discipline disaster. Restorative justice was an adult talking to an offending student about what he/she did. The kids figured out the system and told the adult they were sorry for what they did. With no consequences/accountability kids went out and continued to display the same inappropriate behavior. My experience has been that the behavior at schools that say they follow restorative justice is a bad as it gets.
